Volunteer Administrator Required

An exciting new opportunity has arisen at Barts Guild. We are looking for a Volunteer to take on the role of Guild Administrator for 2 to 3 days a week.

The Administrator will work closely with the Chairman and Secretary in the running of the Guild's activities, and includes dealing with phone calls, emails and enquiries, sending out mailings, assisting with events and Volunteer recruitment, and maintaining databases.

The post would suit someone who is flexible and able to coordinate the work that they undertake to meet the Guild's needs whilst fitting in with their own commitments.

Ideally, the role would require an established set of administrative skills although recognition of the importance of service to patients and the hospital and a willingness to offer help within a friendly team would be considered even more valuable.
